Our made-to-order products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged in shipping, contact us promptly through our website’s Contact page with your order number. Keep the item and packaging, and provide photos of the damage, box, and packing materials so we can review the damage and arrange a replacement. Contact us before sending anything back.

For incorrect or defective items, please contact us so we can address the problem. This policy does not limit your rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.
